Description
We are seeking an intern to help our Digital Marketing Account Managers with a variety of tasks and projects. Work with our account managers to manage social media accounts, quality check websites, assist with copywriting and posting content and blog posts, SEO, proofreading, making website updates and other tasks as needed. Some graphic design and other marketing collateral work may be assigned depending on experience and skill level. You will get new firsthand experiences in a professional setting to add to your resume and portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Create, post, and edit content as necessary, including large content projects and blog posts
• Create email and newsletter campaigns
• Check websites for quality control
• Assist with marketing collateral when needed
• Proofread and quality check content for relevancy, uniqueness
Requirements
• Must be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism, Public
Relations or related major
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO a plus
• Desire to learn
• Dedicated to completing and following through with internship
• Knowledge and experience working with WordPress and CRMs a bonus
• Ability to work well within teams as well as independently
